Three lab members received Prestigious Fellowships!

Congratulations to three of our lab members who recently received prestigious fellowships to support their Ph.D. work! Mark Fleck received the Stanford Bio-X fellowship to study how brain tumor/macrophage interactions modulate glioblastoma progression. Michelle Tai received Stanford Interdisciplinary Graduate Fellowship to harness a spatially–patterned 3D model to study breast cancer-bone metastasis. Sarah Jones received a NIH F31 fellowship to develop adaptable sliding hydrogels with tunable viscoelasticity to enhance stem cell chondrogenesis and cartilage regeneration.
